Shipping policy

At MIRO, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. We want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible, and we work hard to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. Here are some important things you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
 

Delivery Time

– We take between 2-3 business days to deliver your order for domestic orders and additional 2 business days for International orders. This is because we make each item with care and attention, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible.

– The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product, the destination country, and the customs clearance process. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays.

– You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our website or on the courier’s website.


Damaged Items

– We inspect each item carefully before shipping it to you. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. The garment will have to be sent back to us with all tags still on and unworn. Absolutely no item will be replaced under the claim of damage if reported to us post the 24 hour period.

– We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the damaged item will be borne by us.


Out of Stock Items

– In case the product you ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible. You can choose to wait for the product to be restocked, or you can opt for a refund in the form of online credit. You can use this credit to shop for any other product on our website.


Payment Methods

– We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

– WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY.


Shipping Charges

–  For International shipping, the cost will be calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.
– The shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


Shipping Address

– All of our orders are shipped internationally from our studio in Hyderabad, India to your provided shipping address.
– You can change the shipping address of your order only before it is shipped. Please contact us on Whatsapp (+91 8897530191) as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

– You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

– You can have your order delivered to India by placing it from anywhere in the world. Please ensure you enter the correct PIN code in the shipping address.
